What items should I NOT donate? Items that are damaged, stained, have strong odors, non-working electronics, and Medical Devices are some examples of items that will be rejected for donation. Please ask a Volunteer if you are unsure if your Item is donatable.

What is your return policy? Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days if original tags and receipts are present. Exchanges and/or Returns are subject to Volunteer inspection.

What if I can't pick up my item that day? No Problem! We have a 2-Day holding policy. HOWEVER, if you cannot pick your item up in the 2-Day period, regardless of purchase, your item is subject to being put back up for sale. Please call the appropriate store to see if alternate arrangements can be made.

How often do you re-stock? We have new items that come in DAILY. Some areas, however, get a weekly re-fresh.

Are there seasonal restrictions? Possibly. At times, we may not be accepting specific items due to limited storage space. Check out our Facebook Pages for the most up-to-date information on what we may/may-not be accepting at any given time.

Are my items tax-deductible? YES! We are a registered 501 (c)(3) organization. You should always request a receipt for your records.
